1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
   The hirer is consenting to the Terms & Conditions. This acceptance legally binds the hirer to comply with the outlined obligations and understand the services to be provided by Hype Photobooths.
2. Space and Power Requirements
   The photo booth requires specific minimum space of 2.5m by 2.5m and access to 240v power.
3. Operational Guarantee
   Hype Photobooths guarantees that the photo booth will be operational for at least 80% of the hire period. If the photo booth is non-operational for more than 20% of the hire period, a discount will be applied to the hirer's bill.
4. Use of Images
   The hirer provides Hype Photobooths with an irrevocable right and license to use and publish all images produced by the photo booth during the hire period. These images may be used by Hype Photobooths for marketing and advertising purposes, expanding the company's portfolio and showcasing their services to potential customers.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Hype Photobooths limits its liability to the booking cost and will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. In cases where the company fails to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as natural disasters, power outages, etc.), it will not be held liable.
6. Right to Cancel
   Hype Photobooths reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time. This means that, under certain circumstances, Hype Photobooths can terminate the contract without further obligations. The specific conditions and implications of such cancellation would be subject to the details outlined in the contract.
